No. (IČO): 44 802 030, K cintorínu 63 010 04 Žilina (hereinafter the “Controller”) reserves the right under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), and under Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection and on amendments to certain laws, to process personal data for the purpose of filling a vacancy to the extent to which the data have been provided by the job applicant for a maximum of 3 years.
The job applicant provides his/her personal data to the controller voluntarily for the purpose of potential employment and he/she is aware of his/her rights as a data subject under Chapter 3 of the General Data Protection Regulation: right to information, right of access to personal data, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object. The consent to the processing of personal data can be withdrawn at any time. Personal data of the job applicant are not disclosed to a third party, they are not made available or public by the recipient, and they are not transferred to a third country.
