  • The Company has adopted this Code of Ethics as an annex to the Working Rules.
  • The company strives to create and maintain a long-term, ethical and successful business model, respecting the protection of the environment as well as the occupational safety and health of our employees.
  • Our company does not accept any form of discrimination and fully respects all fundamental human rights and freedoms.
  • The employees of our company shall comply with all legal regulations, while the company’s management takes care of their regular retraining and continuous education.
  • In doing business, we respect and support the rules of fair competition and do not act in violation of the relevant regulations governing economic competition.
  • We disapprove of and condemn any form of accepting or providing improper benefits and bribes in all their forms.
  • Any employee who, in the course of his activities, becomes acquainted with any commercially confidential information must take all necessary measures to protect it.
  • All our employees shall respect the rules regarding conflict of interest.
  • When representing the company, our employees shall care about maintaining and spreading its reputation.
  • The company’s management shall ensure smooth and regular informing of shareholders about the state and development of the company’s assets and its financial performance, while paying attention to the complete, clear and correct content of all accounting documents.
  • Our company strives for healthy and open relationships with all business partners and suppliers.
