Construction technology:
Fire main I. stage: – deals with own water-service pipe for the tunnel
Fire main II. stage: – deals with branching of fire main in fitting shaft at the west portal into every tunnel tube
Executed works 1st stage:
- earth works
- laying of water pipeline from ductile iron DN 200 in open cut area
- laying and assembly of fittings, adapting pipes
- bed, backfilling
Executed works 2nd stage:
- pipeline connection to the structure of the 1st stage of the fire-fighting water main
- construction of fitting shaft at West portal
- construction of fitting shaft at East portal, fire-fighting water main discharging
- laying of water pipe line from ductile iron DN 150 in tunnel
- equipage of fire – fighting niches with fittings, valves and hydrants
- fire – fighting water main PUR insulation in tunnel tubes
- fire niches lighting
- earthing of hydrants and fire-fighting water main
